1. The service
Dental Lab Manager ("the Platform") is software provided as a subscription service to dental laboratories ("Labs") and their staff and doctors ("Users").
2. Ownership of the software
The Platform, its source code, design, databases structure, documentation and all related intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of the Platform owner. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform during the subscription period. No ownership rights are transferred.
3. Prohibited use
You must not: copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code; resell, sublicense, rent or provide the Platform to third parties; share accounts or passwords, or let more people use the Platform than your plan allows; attempt to access another Lab's data or bypass security controls.
4. Lab data
Each Lab owns all data it enters (cases, doctors, patients, invoices, files). The Platform processes this data only to provide the service. The Platform owner does not access a Lab's operational data, except with the Lab owner's explicit permission for support, or where required by law.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential any non-public information received from the other. Users must keep patient and doctor information confidential and use it only for the Lab's work.
6. Subscription, payment and suspension
Fees are billed per billing period according to the Lab's plan, in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Invoices are due by the stated due date. If an invoice remains unpaid after the grace period, the Lab account may be suspended (read-only) until payment is received. Suspension does not delete data. Service is restored automatically once the balance is paid.
7. Cancellation, retention and export
A Lab owner may cancel at the end of any billing period. After cancellation, the Lab can request an export of its data for a limited period (for example 60 days), after which data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform owner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data loss caused by misuse, and total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Lab in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Users must accept the new version before continuing to use the Platform.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute.
